PropertyNext is an AI-assisted, full-stack real-estate & property management system built with Next.js and MongoDB. It lets agencies and landlords manage properties, units, agents, owners, tenants, leases, maintenance, finances, staff, and reporting from a single modern dashboard—with granular role-based access control and optional AI-powered insights.

All core property management features work independently without requiring external AI services. AI reporting and the property assistant are optional and use your own OpenAI account when enabled.

AI features (AI Reports and AI Property Assistant) use OpenAI APIs with separate pay-per-use costs that are not included in the software purchase. You create your own OpenAI account, choose which AI features to enable, and can run the full product without AI at no extra service cost.
